I'm considering trying to convince mgmt that they'd like to have a SA intern for the summer at my office. We're going to have a lot of interesting work coming, and I'd love to be able to actually train part of the next generation.
How have people set up these programs? Any tips? Anyone have any pointers to groups that might be able to work with us? I know David Blank-Edelman's got some folks that came to LISA, but who else should we be looking at? This would be for a financial services company in downtown NYC, who just also happens to be looking for a midlevel to senior SA as well.
