Kinda me too, but we're going to be looking at getting a sysadmin jr in 
a couple of months time.  I'm not necessarily expecting many skills 
beyond being comfortable at the command line, and happy to train them up 
from whatever level they're at, but if there is good material around I'm 
certainly interested.
