I haven't seen anyone mention it yet, I would probably grab a copy of Opsview. it's built on top of Nagios but gives you a nice configuration management system along with integration with MRTG and NagVis for graphing. I've been using it in one of our small remote data centers to evaluate it and have been really happy with it.
I have also heard great things about Zenoss and Munin, but haven't used them myself.
