Hi Evan,
I found iSpy to be a good small scale security camera software. Although
I just toyed around with it privately, using only one webcam, it would
probably still hold up for your purpose.
It's for Windows and it's OpenSource, but they want to to create an
account or pay to access some advanced functionality.
