Are you a Red Hat shop? The RHEL training generally is pretty good - I've got 
several years of experience, and still picked up a few pointers from the RHCSA 
and RHCE classes I've taken recently. The big downside is that a lot of the 
details are pretty Red Hat-specific.

Like many classes, the curriculum is good, but the quality of the class varies 
with the quality of the instructor. I'd suggest avoiding the virtual training 
if you can.
