Aloha,
People at work are talking about starting to send quarterly
mass-marketing e-mails to users who have opted in to receive them. At
the moment we're talking around 190,000 e-mails, but I imagine that'll
be a steadily but not dramatically increasing number. I have a specific
mail-server that we use in house for our monthly batched e-mail jobs
that is heavily rate limited (on domain/hr and total/hr basis), but
190,000 makes me twitchy about the possibility of blacklisting. It's
also going to take quite a while for the mail server to get them out at
its usual rate.
Are there any trustworthy and reliable marketing e-mail vendors that
people have had dealings with, any recommendations or horror stories?
