The point is more the stunning number of people who think the mark as spam button is the delete message button.
This happens fairly regularly for some of our normal e-mail. "Order confirmation for xxxxxx", something they've literally just ordered, and they'll mark it as spam. Heck, they'll do it even for e-mails containing documents that they'll have ordered in the last 24 hours. There's no helping some folk.
