I recommend mailchimp as well used them for a few clients and have never
had any issues, they do have to approve the 1st email as well as the
initial import iirc so plan for that. I have used constant contact as well
as dealt with receiving mail from them (or lack thereof). CC gets placed on
MX blacklists quite often from what I have seen.
