Raritan Dominion (KX II) KVMs along with their outlet switched PDUs have
always worked great for us. The PDUs will connect to the KVM and allow you
to group outlets/vga/usb together as a single host, as far as I know
they're still the only company that supports that.

If you're using DRAC/iLO/etc, then you probably won't need that feature, in
which case Avocent and/or Raritan IP KVMs are both great in my experience.
