My apologies, I'm normally the one asking others to expand their TLAs (three letter acronyms). Working in Information Technology (IT) fills one's head with acronyms, many of which are over-loaded with multuple meanings. Studying Building Construction (BCN) for my master's in construction management just adds to that confusion. >8^) Both are IBM acronyms: Remote Supervisor Adapter (RSA) is a card or daughter-card. I love RSA II full and slimline cards! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IBM_Remote_Supervisor_Adapter Integrated Management Module (IMM) is a motherboard built-in replacement to the RSA, which I appreciate, but don't love. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IBM_Remote_Supervisor_Adapter#Integrated_Management_Module_.28IMM.29 (Buy the "key" to stick onto the motherboard for complete IMM functionality. Trust me.) _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] https://lists.lopsa.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/discuss This list provided by the League of Professional System Administrators http://lopsa.org/
