Actually, the original post got held up for moderation, and after I discarded the messages that were clearly spam ... I got busy with work, so didn't get to deciding if it should be accepted until the next day.
But, my recollection was that if its tech-related or pertinent to the list, to allow it through. And, since the desire is for good and varied discussion on the topics we get, err on the side of liberally allowing anything on topic for the list regardless of membership.
