In the last several weeks, I've gotten 3 renewal notices. The first one, delivered at the end of February, said my membership would expire in February 2014. I didn't think that was right, so I went to the site and saw that my membership would expire in April. I renewed, figuring it was just a glitch in the formatting of the notice.
Then I got a second notice a couple of weeks ago, now telling my my membership expires in April, 2014. The notice said that, if I felt I had received the notice in error, I should email [email protected]. I did, since I feel it is unreasonable to send a renewal notice for an event 14 months away. I got an RT ticket number back, and heard nothing further. I got another one today, now telling me that my membership expires in April, 2014. Is anyone else getting relentlessly reminded to renew, even though the renewal date is far off? How do we make this stop?
