Hi, I have three managed switches at my house... Two 24-port switches and an 8-port switch. The 24-port ones are are NetGear GS724Tv3 switches, and the 8-port is a NetGear GS108Tv2.
I've had the 24-port ones for a year or more. My memory says they have a lifetime warranty(?), and they're reasonably priced. I bought them so I could get LLDP info from them for use in testing the Assimilation Project CMDB/monitoring software [http://assimilationsystems.com or http://assimproj.org]. They support SNMP, LLDP, and web management. Probably other things too, but that's all I remember... You can definitely label the ports (the Assimilation software puts that in the database). They've performed flawlessly as far as I can tell. The 8-port version is new, the others are a few years old.
