Yeah. I'm guessing most docs-oriented folks won't be attending tutorials on
the first day, so the morning of Monday should be dedicated to stuff and
then there's nothing on Friday. So, maybe we could use a few hours on
Monday to plan out things we want to do and then plan to have all-day on
Friday to actually get stuff done.

However, I could also see people saying it's not worth getting home late
Friday (or early Saturday) to get 1 day and a bit. In that case, maybe we
could try to do one on the east coast somewhere or do a remote one.
