I like 1 and 2. We can start as soon as people can on Sunday and go as long as people want on Monday (likely until lunch). It's our first attempt, so we see how it goes.
I prefer to go in to it trying to keep a limited scope. We can do some informal brainstorming session @ OSLS in Feb.
