I totally agree with Cameron. I also think we should be more careful when we 
are demanding things from people that are already putting a lot of their 
time/energy/health in *doing* things for our community. I only did a rather 
small regional FOSS4G event (FOSS4G-CEE 2013 - 230+ people) but I can really 
understand how difficult this is. Please also don't underestimate the value of 
nominee secondations from the members of our community. Being a global 
organization make it difficult to know every one in person. My feeling is that, 
sometimes, the trust expressed by some other community members for a nominee is 
even more important by what the nominee is commiting/promise before the 
elections. As CRO, I abstain myself until now for any personal thoughts on the 
election process. Please do not get this e-mail as a support message for 
Sanghee. I simply want you to point you to the fact that *all* the nominees 
already did important concrete things for our cause.
