Hello,
It seems that I can not figure out how to create this kind of contents type.
I want to have a type looks like this:
Each post must have the following taxonomies:
1. TV Channel.
2. TV Show.
3. Presenter.
4. Topic.
5. Date of the lecture (when it was broadcasted).
6. Title of the lecture.
7. Links fields for downloading files [Videos: .avi, .flv, .mp4, .ogv]
and Audio [.mp3, .ogg].
8. A player for the video file (.flv).
9. A player for an audio file (.mp3).
So please help and advise how can I do so?
Thanks a lot,
WI

Hi Wuxi,
Plone provides all the tools you need. You can categorize content
hierarchically using folders & subfolders, you can have a flat
structure using tags, you can use external components to manage more
complex taxonomies, or you could even combine all the above.
The virtualization platform doesn't really matter, as long as it
provides you with a reliable virtual machine with enough RAM (I would
recommend 2GB or more) in order to run Plone in production.
We've been hosting Plone & Plumi sites using both Xen & KVM. Each
technology has its advantages & disadvantages but that's another
discussion, not really relevant with Plone/Plumi requirements.
Cheers,
Dimitris
