This idea was proposed by Remco, and it's a very good idea. And it
does mean what I think it does. It means after 3 years, we have the
option to renew *at the same terms* for two more years, or end the
lease.

This is better than a 5-year lease as it gives us an out (but not for
the landlord) after 3 years, if we so choose that we need it.
