I spoke with Jake @ Remco again today. He says he's going to talk the
landlords out of trying to stick us with *any* old bills. Jake agrees it's
not fair for them to give them back to us.

Also the $1k annual deduction may be able to be changed into $100 off our
base monthly rent, meaning paying $1400 instead of $1500. This would result
in slightly more money for us.

The lease will be written as a three year lease, with the option to renew
for an additional two after the initial three years *at the same terms.*
Meaning in effect we have a five year lease, with the option for *us* to
leave after three. After three years, the landlord can't renegotiate the
terms.

Jake says he's going to try and have the document ready for us by early
next week to sign.

This is all positive news.
