IMO, we want to encourage attendence, not discourage it. We definitely
need to make it more obvious that we accept donations - we haven't done
that for a very long time. But requiring a fee, I don't like.

Also, we need to do a better job at recruiting members (at events and
otherwise). I'm relying on the pamphlet to lay out how to join, I think
that'll make a huge difference.
