The problem is all there are requirements for the premises we would have to meet, criminal record checks, training, putting up notices etc. It sounds like a big hassle. I think we can, however, get a license for certain events, and those events can be declared 18+ if that's necessary (I'm not sure if it is.. are socials 18+?) In terms of making the exception, I think this is just evidence that the rule is unnecessary. If there's one cool 18- person, there are probably more. We'll still do everything on a case-by-case basis, but without the age restriction.
