My interpretation of that is "no."
Not a problem... I won't be able to donate to this though. That's not a
problem for me.

As an aside though, if we take the attitude of "we're in the red and can't
spend on anything until we break even" I think we'll be in a contractionary
situation with little stimulus to the SkullSpace "economy" for longer than
any of you think.

In other words, we could be putting our money to ideas that would enhance
our group with the potential to bring in new members (such as a 3D printer)
- instead, let's just hold onto it and do nothing with it until we reach a
certain safe level. We already have three months' rent in the bank; let's
put any spending towards bringing in new members as best we can, while
still remaining fiscally conservative.
