I think the black rectangular logo would be better, though it's more a "banner" shape than a "flag". It's attractive, and the text helps "explain" the logo.
What about the existing white banner that's already in the space? Of the flag designs shown, I prefer the Black logo with orange on white, no text. The text is overshadowed by the size of the logo, and there's something cool and mysterious about just the logo.
