The good part in your suggestion, Siu, is that Bob is totally okay with us
installing a lockbox, providing we advise him in advance of the location. I
brought this up in our first ever meeting with him (Ian was present too).

So no worries of $500 amounts, spend $50 and get that lockbox up and tick
off another potential worry. :)
