right side of the web interface (default skin) below the 'now playing' section,
you shoudl see "current playlist: save | download | clear"
the 'save' link will only be present if you have a writable playlist folder set
in server settings.
Something odd is definitely happening, then. I'm playing some music, and a playlist is showing. But I only have Download and Clear, no Save.
SlimServer 6.0, Mac OS 10.3.8.
I think I can see the problem. *I* have write access to the playlists folder - it is in ~/Music/Playlists and my SlimServer is in ~/Library?prefPanes. But 'group' and 'other' only have read access.
I've tried changing to allow write access to all. There's no difference, Save still does not appear,even after I stopped and restarted SlimServer.
Also, if I am on the Squeezebox, and use a method of saving the playlist, it comes up with "save playlist as:" for me to enter a name for the playlist. But how is this confirmed?
