I'll whole-heartedly weigh-in with support for this suggestion. This is
also a major obstacle to me considering a squeezebox2 as it simply won't
work with Rhapsody. And while the squeezebox is impressive for a number of
reasons (slimserver is especially flexible) I agree with the original poster
that rhapsody/realslim is consistently the most impressive thing about the
squeezebox to most people I've shown it to.

Charles-- I'm wondering what you find high-maintenance about it. Is it the
issues of launching rhapsody and keeping it running? In conjunction with
Girder and KDF's execute-script plugin I've got an almost bullet-proof
hands-off solution that allows me to launch rhapsody from my squeezebox and
will keep rhapsody from timing out indefinitely. If you'd like some
pointers on how to set up something like this I'd be glad to give you a
hand. The main problems I have arise when rhapsody itself has it's
occasional glitch.

I'd also like to be able to see more information about currently playing
songs--when music is queued from the rhapsody catalog you get sufficient
info (title, artist, album), but when you queue it from "my library" you
lose the artist info, and things get even worse when you queue it from a
rhapsody playlist as you then only have access to the name of the song.
