To launch Rhapsody from the squeezebox you need KDF's execute-script plugin.
Install that and set up a directory in your slimserver\server directory
called "scripts". Stick a bat file in there that launches rhapsody. Mine
looks something like this:

@start "" "c:\Program Files\RealRhapsody\Rhapsody.exe"
exit

You can theoretically set up the plugin to run that script whenever certain
buttons are pressed on your squeezebox remote (though I think KDF was having
problems with this, last I heard), but I prefer to use it in it's "testing"
mode where you simply navigate to the execute-script plugin in the plugin
menu, then down to an event, then over, and choose your bat file and press
play to launch rhapsody.

To keep rhapsody running I use girder (an AMAZING program that seems to be
able to do anything). The trial version of girder now requires registration
after 30 days (and it's really worth it, if you ask me), though I do have an
older version that's an unlimited, uncrippled (legal) shareware version from
about a year and a half ago if you'd like me to send that to you. Girder
has a timer plugin that I use to instantiate a girder macro once every 3
hours. The macro checks to see if rhapsody is running and if it is it
maximizes the app and clicks the "album info" button under the album art.
This proves to be sufficient interaction to keep rhapsody from timing out.
I can also send you my girder file when I get home (I'm still at work), if
you'd like.
