I just got my SB back today. Their turn-around time was very quick, couple of days at most. They ship back the same method that you use to ship to them. I used ground which took a while.
Anyhow, I just plugged it in, configured the Ethernet settings with no problem, did a quick software update, and I am listening to it again now.
