My SB3 has been working great since I installed it in January. Two nights ago, however, the following appeared on the screen:
Problem: Ethernet appears disconnected. Please check your network connection. It has always been setup with the wired connection only (its location does not have good wireless coverage). I have verified the network connection works with my laptop. I have also tried the SB with another cable at a different LAN port (another known working one). I have tried resetting to factory defaults, but I get the same message when I try to go through the network setup. Any suggestions?
