It's not concise I'm afraid, but it's difficult to be concise about the Now Playing implementation. The illustration in the post only touches the surface. Tonight I was playing my local music and attempting to *love* (Last.fm) the occasional track. The NP stuff made it quite frustrating. Patrick Dixon's suggestion that you hit the button once to get to the Now Playing screen and then again to get back to the screen you were at previously seems to me to be nice and simple make (common) sense. As for the other point, again... that's what I spend far to much of my time doing, navigating back to where I was a few seconds a go. I wouldn't have to if Now Playing was implemented sensibly.
