Slim/Logi never talks about future products.

But from what I know from my day job, great battery life and wireless
data transfer are usually a "pick one" problem. Better WiFi means more
power, which usually loses battery life, or takes bigger batteries.

Most folks quickly forget that their WiFi PC lives most of its life
plugged into electrical mains.

Look at all the flack that Apple is taking over weak battery life on
their 3G iPhones. Its not that they didn't want better life, its that
they wanted the 3G data to work fast.
