These are not services: they are products. And they are not free: they have been paid already. If I let a CD to a friend, it's because I've paid for it. The industrial groups that owe the music industry, they sell all the hardware and bandwidth needed to bittorent. And the same shops that sell music sell often the hardware and subscriptions needed. If they can't change the hardware, perhaps they should try and change their business model.
