On the Support - it's Thanksgiving weekend in the US - may be having an impact on response times.
Apologies if you've been directed to this already, but have you looked at the Spicefly pages? Sounds dumb but try rebooting whichever machine SC and MIP is running on (they are running on the same box, aren't they?).
