I just did buy iPeng 1.0.4. Tried it for 5 minutes, it just worked right away!
Compared to Squidgy, I so far prefer Squidgy because: When browsing artist or album I usually want to play that album right away. Squidgy offers opportunity to play now, play next ..... but iPeng just adds it to the end of the playlist. I assume there will be a revision on this.
