I raised this a few weeks back, it annoys the hell out of me. I also
raised a bug last month asking for it to be looked at. I understand the
reason was to help new users and help diagnose lost server connections,
but it makes no logical sense to automatically display the message
without any user interaction. Think about it, if the loss of connection
was not intentional then what would a user do? They would always press a
remote key of course. So the error message should only be displayed
after the connection is lost AND the user presses a remote key.
