The locale issue has specifically been seen on SSOTS and matches your symptoms. But I only added this yesterday, so you might not yet have seen it. There also was another thrread on this, but I cannot post the link since I'm traveling. A search for SSOTS and Locale may help. Keep iPeng 0.5.3, you will get better menu titles.
