I just got my new Squeezebox Duet - bottom line there is no connection to my IP address. Logitech's wonderful customer service suggests that I buy a new router, although I just paid $50 for this a month ago, or hardwire into the thing using the ethernet connection. Great. Isn't the concept supposed to be this is a wireless device? I tried to return it the Ebay seller, but he won't accept the return - big lesson there. This is my third day of going through hoops of fire just to get a lot of wrong solutions. My whole reason for posting this is to forewarn anybody who actually considers buying this thing. Unless you want to immerse yourself in a technical abyss of pure hell - don't buy it.
