First off if you had used a respectable retailer or bought directly
from Logitech, you would have had the 30 day trail period which is
worth way more then the few dollars you saved on EBAY!

The reason for trying Ethernet is to split the problem in half to find
out if it is a WLAN problem or not. If it doesn't work with Ethernet,
then it is a firewall, IP conflict, or other issue and will never work
wireless until those issues are adjusted. If you are not going to
follow and work with Tech Support, I don't think you should complain
when you can't get the product to connect to YOUR network. Trust me, if
my sister can setup a DUET, anybody can. There are over a hundred things
specific to your PC and wireless network that are different from
everybody elses. All it takes is one incorrect network, firewall,
software, IP, or config setting to stop the router from talking to the
DUET.

Also did it ever occur to you to ask for help from the Forum Members,
Read the Wiki, or admit it might be YOUR network, guess not as you
would rather give up and complain because of a network conflict that
Logitech has no control over.

This has almost nothing to do with the product and almost everything to
do with the personal choices you have made.
