So...while unfortunate, your experience is not typical...or frequent, or semifrequent in terms of occurrence. 1. Does the unit work normally when connected to wired Ethernet in your home LAN setup? 2. What do the connection logs in your router show with respect to the Duet wireless connection attempts? 3. Guessing you have no WPA or security in place (or have at least tried without security) on the wireless network that might complicate things. 4. Also guessing you are using DHCP...have you attempted static IP configuration? If you post some detail around your configuration, it's very possible the problem can be resolved through help from us on the forums.
