That's definitely Custom Browse, there's nowhere in SC where something is sorted in reverse order (other than New Music) AFAIK.
That it makes more sense is arguable. I always find the Alphabet a quite simple sorting criterion, on the other hand "The Rolling Stones" are probably the only Artist in _my_ collection where you seriously have to search for an Album.
