Have you tried pressing and holding the left navigation key on the remote, and connecting to Squeezenetwork? That would eliminate network and player problems. If that is OK, then something could be blocking port 9000 on the XP machine. You say you have tried disabling the Windows firewall - have you got any other security software running (McAfee etc)? I assume you have tried rebooting PC first, and then powering down the SB and firing it up again? When did it last work, and what might have changed since?
