Unfortunately not :-(

"Filters" in MIP are quite restrictive regarding which variables and
operators can be used, and how many conditions can be met. Also, they
don’t support "power words" and custom variables stored in their
database. (Which you can define in the -powerwords.txt- file.)

Maybe that was the original reason to make "power searches" available
in the API like filters.
