I have been having similar problems with my alarm (on both a Boom and a SBR). My alarms go off at the right time, and shut off at the right time, but they always restart again 12 mins after shut off and go in indefinitely.
I have contacted support about this and they haven't been able to work out what is going on. However we have managed to isolate the problem as being related to Radiotime radio streams only. Apparently others have been having trouble with Radiotime streams (according to support) although I haven't seen much traffic on the forums related to it (i.e. none apart from you).
