Interesting you should mention the unreliability of the Squeeze Network. I had a similar problem a few weeks ago and switched to SqueezeCenter which seemed to resolve it - up until now that is. My connection is a mixed 802.11/g and 802.11/n wireless network. The SqueezeCenter is running on an iMac three levels downstairs (802.11/n). The Boom operating my alarm clock is connected to SqueezeCenter. However, my brand-spanking new Boom is connected to Squeeze Network (because I seem to be able to configure the menu stuff which I can't seem to do using SqueezeCenter) and works fine (closer to 802.11/g network hub) - this works just fine. So in essence, there's no solution as yet. I'll have another play tonight and update the post when I have something positive to report ... -- MrBrillo ------------------------------------------------------------------------ MrBrillo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=29831 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=63826 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
