spinaltap: the thing is, _I_ replied to your support request (now a
week ago), giving you the various options we have, and I was waiting for
a reply back from yourself. And earlier today I sent a reminder by
e-mail to you again.

Since I thought it was odd you never replid back to me, I thought I'd
ask in this forum, as well.

Please don't think we're ignoring you, that's definitely not the case.
Please let me know if there's any problem getting a remote from the shop
- the offer to help stands.
