Well, I got a new iMac and I'm still having disconnect issues just like you're mentioning except that I can usually just stop and re-start the SqueezeCenter server instead of rebooting...also seems to be fine when the Mac is wired to the router (which I have strung across the room at the moment). Today I'm going to buy an 802.11n router to see if that does the trick.
