I am aware that this is not new/ground-breaking information. But as said before I believe it is necessary from time to time to highlight the positive stuff as well! I am so enthusiastic from what I experienced last night that I just have to share it ;-)
1. I got my first SB3 end of 2005 and I am loving it since the first day! 2. Last week I got my second SB3 (or Classic) and in contrast to some of the negative experiences that are spread around here from time to time setup (including power, LAN and audio connectivity) was done in under 3 minutes! 3. Last night, we had our first party with multi-room Squeezebox music supply. I cannot put the proper words on how great this worked: - Playlist was a random mix based on a "party" genre I have defined for a reasonably large amount of tracks - Adding/inserting guests' wishes with either iPeng via iPod touch or IR remote worked like a charm - Syncing the players was rock stable and extremely accurate over more than 10 hours I said this once in the past on these forums but I have to repeat it: the Squeezebox (Classic in my case) is the single greatest piece of electronic equipment I have ever purchased!
