When I used to have sync problems (pre-7.3) that was usually pretty reliable for re-syncing players. In another thread some others have reported that power cycling the SBs helps with sync performance. I'd recommend unplugging them from the mains and leaving them unplugged for a good 10-20 seconds before plugging back in.
