Great - it's not working again. Is nobody else having this issue? To clarify - Nicecast is broadcasting away and this is something I am sure about because my iPhone is tuned into the stream.
The squeezebox however, which is plugged into the ethernet to rule out a wireless problem (even though I know the wireless is fine because the iPhone is happily tuned in) gives me that dreaded connection timed out error. I can ping the squeezebox from my Mac. The squeezebox can connect to the server on the same Mac broadcasting the stream. Honestly, the Squeezebox Radio has to be the worst product I've ever bought. What on earth made Logitech think it was good enough to release? I suspect they knew perfectly well it was a useless pile of cack but released it anyway. It's not just the issue I'm describing here, I've had to turn it off and on again numerous times because it keeps refusing to navigate through the menus. How dare Logitech charge me £150 for something that I've spent more time trying to get working, than I've actually had use out of it. *Actually* how dare they? I bought the Squeezebox Radio as a proof of concept before purchasing the Boom and Touch. Frankly they can dream on if they think they're going to get any more money from me. -- chillster76 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ chillster76's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=33714 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=62331
