I've contacted english support 3 days ago (dunno where they are located) but they replied me yesterday (sunday evening!) - -do they work 7/7d 24/24h?!- Anyway, someone available and apparently efficient sent me two emails to tell me that i'm not alone (probably kanoot and some others) and that it could be (as far as i understand english) invalid MAC address assignment in the firmware as some user are concerned with. I have to wait for now as they are working on the issue.
